Course Outline
This popular internationally recognised course is for those who have responsibilities in health and safety, to give them the underpinning knowledge to enable them to function effectively. It is the entry level course for a health and safety officer, or for those who are just starting out on a career in safety. This course gives a qualification which is highly respected and valued. The tutors are practicing health and safety professionals and have the skills to guide delegates to pass exams.

Course Format
Each delegate is given the course textbook and revision sheets. Guidance is also given on study skills for learning and revising for the exams.
- NG1 – Management of Safety and Health – the first 4 days cover this area of the course. There are scenarios so delegates can assess their learning.
- NG2 – Risk Assessment – the next 6 days completes this part of the course and risk assessments written.
- NEBOSH recommend delegates undertake at least 22 hours private study during the course.

Duration: 1 day per week for 10 weeks

Cost per person: £1200 (no vat) which includes the course textbook and £150 for the NEBOSH Registration fee.

NG1 January 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th, with Open Book Exam on Wednesday 2nd February.
NG2 February 9th, 16th, 23rd, March 2nd, 9th, 16th, with Risk Assessment to be submitted by March 30th.

NG1 April 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, with Open Book Exam on Wednesday 4th May.
NG2 May 11th, 18th, 25th, June 1st, 8th, 15th, with Risk Assessment to be submitted by June 29th.

6th July 2022 (Wednesday)
NG1 July 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, with Open Book Exam on Wednesday 3rd August.
NG2 August 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, September 7th, 14th, with Risk Assessment to be submitted by September 28th.

NG1 Oct 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th, with Open Book Exam on Wednesday 2nd November.
