Payment terms are 30 days, or the last working day before the course begin, whichever is sooner. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Fees quoted are correct at time of publication, but reserve the right to alter fees at any time. Payment is payable to Sussex Safety Ltd, by BACs or cheque.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Bookings may be cancelled or transferred if notification is received in writing more than 14 days prior to the start date of the course subject to a £20 administration fee (on cancellation). If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given, a 100% charge will be made. An appropriate substitute delegate will be accepted at any time.
In the event that Sussex Safety need to cancel the course, bookings will normally be deferred to the next course, unless the delegate specifically requests otherwise.
